The experience of attending a group video conference is often viewed as less exposed, while also providing normalization, social support, empowerment, and the benefit of flexibility. Facilitators also expressed misgivings about service users' potential preference for online group therapy, anxieties about the reduced visibility of non-verbal cues and the potential ramifications for the therapeutic alliance, the perceived absence of a robust evidence base, and the practical difficulties encountered with online technology. Lastly, facilitators offered best practices for videoconference-based group therapy in the perinatal period, encompassing the provision of necessary equipment and data, agreements for attendance, and methods to cultivate engagement and intergroup unity.

Obesity typically causes systemic metabolic issues that propagate to the tumor microenvironment (TME). Due to the influence of adaptive metabolism associated with obesity in the tumor microenvironment (TME), a reduction in prolyl hydroxylase-3 (PHD3) levels diminishes the fatty acid supply to CD8+ T cells, compromising their ability to infiltrate and perform optimally. We present a case study of a 61-year-old female patient who underwent complete endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) of a 10mm depressed lesion (Paris classification 0-IIc, illustrated in Figure A) located within the middle portion of her esophagus.
